This webinar has been designed for experienced telephonic interpreters who are training to receive emergency service calls. Less time will be spent on basic topics, and more time will be spent exploring the necessary skills to manage specific emergency service and 911 calls scenarios. The webinar also explores the high-stress nature of this work, and how to manage the vicarious trauma and critical incident stress working in this environment creates.
